According to current Thai laws, foreigners are not allowed to own land. However, they can own a condominium, but only 49% of the aggregate sellable unit spaces of the project. This means that the 49% or about 27 units out of 56 units, can be owned and transferred to foreign buyers in their own names. The remaining units, for foreigners, shall be 30 years lease with the option to renew for the another 30 years lease term.
