Contemporary designed houses with Thai style exterior view and fully functional utility area of European standards. There are 2 types of houses: a one-storey bungalow and a two-storey house. The Bungalow has 2 types with 3 different styles and the 2-storey house has 2 types and 2 different styles.

Water supply
We have already been granted approval to use the water supply from Huahin municipality's tap water supply system (Due to rapid growth of Huahin city, insufficient water supply is now becoming an issue. Many projects chose water supply from artesian wells, even though well water may cause unpleasant outcome to sensitive skin or leave stain on sanitary ware because of unstable acid and alkaline portion in the water)
Structure Overview
- Steel structures used fully meet all stringent safe standards
required.
- All 3 external walls are built with two- level red brick, ensuring walls are resistant to high impact and heat.
- Concrete construction work: foundation bases, ground bases, ground beams, upper beams used only well know Chang( Elephant) Brand finished cement. Plastering work used only Tiger Brand grade A cement.
- All the house have double- strata beams: cross beams 20×40 upper beams 15×35 cm.
- All electrical wiring is in conduit and flushed into the wall.
- A wastewater treatment tank is installed to segregate wastewater into the development’s sewerage and drainage system before it goes into the septic tank, from becoming full.
- All drainage pipes are 6 in ( 15.24cm) in diameter, made from PVC, not asbestos, and include sumps are sediment traps at regular intervals , eliminating any major problem with broken pipes and blockages in the future.
- Roof tile use CPAC Neustile or equivalent.
- The ceiling of the eaves is constructed of spaced laths made from hardwood , creating a suitably beautiful finish. The laths allow airflow and prevent the attic from becoming to hot.
