The Villa community has been established based on the idea of tropical pool villa homes with Balinese and contemporary styling. The concept of the villas is a mix of three integrated elements namely internal space, covered open space and true outdoor space. Enclosed by walled gardens, the outdoor space forms external rooms which are treated with the same importance as the enclosed rooms. Internal space is punctuated by vaulted high ceilings, and large windows permitting tremendous views. The transition between inside and outside with covered open space ensures protection from the rain and sun at all times. There are three styles of villa - The Placid is a lovely two or three bedroom home with three bathrooms (two en suite & one shared en suite) and a private infinity pool. The Aqua is a larger two bedroom home with private infinity pool, four bathrooms (two en suite) and maid's quarter, and finally, the Ocean is a magnificent two storey home with three bedrooms, large private infinity pool, five bathrooms (three en suite), maid's quarters and huge internal and external space All villas are raised so as to capitalise on the gently sloping landscape, maximise views in a cinema style and create privacy whether you are relaxing in the sala or bathing in the pool.
