Small Town Feeling
In Wararom there is a total of 30 Houses. We have tried to keep the number of houses under 40 in order to avoid a crowded feeling and preserve the "small town" feeling which is typical for Hua Hin.
Health Care
In our area we also have so called: Health care which means that there are doctors availible on the premises. This is an important detail we have in order to increase the wellbeing of our inhabitants.
Flexibility
In Wararom we are very flexible to all kinds of requests concerning the houses. If you have special requirements on your future house we are more than willing to arrange this.
Security
In Wararom we have a guarded entrance which provides excellent security for our inhabitants. The security guards are on post 24 hours/day so no uninvited guests can come in.
