How to finance your property purchase


As a foreign citizen, it is not an option to make a bank loan in Thailand, for your land or property purchase. This means, than in most cases you need to transfer all the money from your home country.

In many cases though, we are working with partners in different projects that actually can provide a 50% finance over a period of 5-10 years, in which case you only need to concern about making a deposit of 50% upon signing the contract if you purchase a key-ready property, or partial payments up to 50% if you purchase a new project which are not completed yet.

The intrest for this kind of finance will be between 7-8% per year. As the final option, we can connect you with our partner banks in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, who also can provide finance upon approval of your economical situation.
